I’ve always had a passion for travel and now as a 20-something with a full-time corporate job, I still find the time to travel at least one place each month and 2-3 international trips each year.
Since I have limited time and funds, I am super passionate about maximizing my PTO and $$$ to travel as often and as luxuriously as possible. I use travel hacking to stretch my dollar for bucket list experiences.
Basically, I’m all about traveling MORE OFTEN and MORE LUXURIOUSLY. Does this interest you? You’ve come to the right place.

Why Listen To Me?
There are so many travel blogs out there so why the heck should you listen to me? Well there are three main reasons:
- I’ve traveled a lot. I’ve been super fortunate to have traveled my entire life and have visited every continent and nearly 50 countries. I’ve done all types of travel from luxury safari in Africa, to a girl’s trip to New Orleans, to a family cruise in the Caribbean. All of these experiences have made me really good at planning travel and providing tips.
- I’m just a normal person. Unlike some other bloggers, I have a full time corporate job. This means, like you, I have to figure out how to travel within the confines of national holidays and PTO days. This sometimes means visiting places for only a weekend, but I’ve figured out how to squeeze the highlights into a short amount of time and have tons of guides to how to do the same.
- My #1 goal is making travel easier for YOU. Each guide I write has the goal of outlining the answers to every possible question you may have about that destination. This should be a one stop shop for all your trip planning needs because I know your time is too valuable to spend hours searching the internet.
Who is Lauren?
Around here, I’m “The Traveling Moore”, but behind the screen is just Lauren. I was born and raised in Washington State, in the very Northwest corner of the United States. I few years back, I traded the rain for year-round sunshine when I moved to Arizona state.
Of course one of my favorite things to do is travel. But I also love hiking, skiing, spending time with my mini goldendoodle, Bentley, and binge-watching reality TV.
