What to Wear in Hawaii: Vacation Outfit Ideas for Women

Hawaii is one of my favorite places in the world and I’ve been at least a dozen times. As I’ve gotten older, deciding what to wear in Hawaii has become one of my favorite parts of trip planning.

Just daydreaming about lounging around in a bikini and cover up all day then changing into a cute sundress for dinner gets me excited.

If you want to see some Hawaii outfit ideas in real life, above are some examples of what I wore to Maui on my recent trip. This trip, I was really into the neutral outfits that mixed and matched easily. I added in some tropical flair with floral patterns and beachy textures like linen or weaved materials.

On other trips to Hawaii, I’ve chosen a different color pallet – such as bright topicals or all white for my bachelorette. Really anything can go if it is beachy, comfortable, and breathable.
